    We survey the unit, read the landlord's fit-out guide and test how many desks and rooms the floor really holds.

  2. Design and quote

    Layout, finishes and 3D views, then an itemised quote you can check line by line.

  3. Submit and build

    Landlord and authority submissions go in, then M&E, partitions, ceilings, joinery and flooring on site.

  4. Furnish and hand over

    Furniture in, defects closed, a walkthrough with you and the keys handed back on time.
