Office renovation contractors who only do offices.
Metadesign Interior is a Singapore design and build firm that works on one thing: offices. Our designers, project managers and craftsmen handle fit-outs, renovations, reinstatements and office acoustics for companies from small teams to full floors, from our studio at Tradehub 21 in Boon Lay.
Why only offices.
An office has its own rules: landlord fit-out guides, building working hours, air-con and fire safety changes that need approval, a lease date that does not move. Doing only offices means we know those rules before the first drawing, and we price them in from the start.
Our team brings designers, project managers and skilled craftsmen together, covering office interior design, office renovation, space planning and custom furniture. The same people stay with your project from the first idea to the final handover.
How we like to work.
Fair cost
Good offices do not need luxury budgets. We spend where people notice, like light, sound and the pantry, and keep the rest simple.
One accountable team
Design, approvals, build and furniture under one contract. If something is wrong, there is one number to call.
Quiet by design
Teams now spend much of the day on calls. Every layout we draw plans where those calls happen. The Quiet Office
