Guides and budget information
Guides, examples and calculator outputs are for initial planning. They are not a site-specific quotation, professional approval or a promise that every unit can be delivered at the same cost or within the same time. The existing condition, scope, finishes, services, access arrangements and building rules can change the requirements. A site review and written scope are needed before a firm commitment.
Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry or using a calculator does not create a project contract or reserve a start date. Scope, price, taxes, payment schedule, responsibilities, approvals, programme and any warranties or defect arrangements are to be agreed in the written quotation and contract. Those project-specific documents govern the work, subject to applicable law.
Scope changes and approvals
Changes to an agreed scope should be recorded and priced for approval before the changed work proceeds. Building-management permissions and any required authority approvals must be addressed for the particular unit. Website examples do not establish that the same approvals, layout or services will be suitable for another property.
Information and materials you share
Please provide accurate contact and project information and only share drawings, photographs or other material you are authorised to share. Do not send confidential building, access or security information unless it is needed and an appropriate channel has been agreed. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
